Working out with Lars and Sheryl MADE our vacation. Lars made sure we brought our "A game" every morning and was able to keep us challenged (which we made sure was not too easy!). Not only was it a great workout, but who can beat the perfectly chosen scenery of Arashi beach? Keeping up with our training on vacation was the best way to balance sun, sand, sweat and fun! We are back in NY training, but it is not the same. Lars set the bar high and we cannot wait to train with them again!

Lars, was my pleasure be coached by a top Triathlete as You. Lars scort me today in a swin in Aruba sea Boca Catalina and gave me lot of tips to improve my swin in open waters. Tomorrow he will coach me in 10km run. Super Recommended! 🥇 Thanks Lars!🙏💪

In my own experience as not going to the gym by myself and not having the discipline to stay at it for a longer period of time by myself I must say that I'm very happy I joined Sporty Lifestyle Aruba in 2015. After 2 years of working together with coaches Lars & Sheryl I must say I'm very happy with th results. Always on time ad ready to work out coach Lars always had a different wrkout routine. Helping out strength, core and endurance. Always applying workouts to reach set goals. Whether it be running, swimming or a triathlon the coaches are ready to set up a goal and help guide you every step of the way. Not having to remember the whole workout routine coach Lars explains and guides you thru it. The more you give the more you get in return. While vacationing in Aruba, I didn't want to miss my regular seasons with my trainer at home especially because I was recovering from a broken ankle. I was hesitant to try someone new after almost 3 years working out with the same person but I'm very happy I did! Lars and Sheryl were awesome - very enthusiastic and encouraging. The circuits were challenging and varied to keep it interesting and of course, that view! I would highly recommend getting in touch with Sheryl and Lars if you'd like to maintain or boost your fitness while on the island. I look forward my sessions with them in the fall.

I knew I wanted to be healthy but I felt overwhelmed and didn't know where to start. To make matters worse I had torn my ACL and needed seasoned specialists to assist me with my fitness goals. I had an initial session with Lars and Sheryl over video chat and immediately knew they were the ones that were going to help me jump start my fitness goals. Day 1, my body was shaking like a leaf and I could barely support much weight on my knees. A few weeks later and I'm doing exercises that I couldn't in the beginning and Lars worked the muscles in my legs so my knee no longer aches during my day to day activities. Whomever is reading this, don't take my word for it. Instead I recommend that you try a session with these guys and see if you are not satisfied. I am 100% satisfied and looking forward to continuing my journey with their guidance. Thank you Lars and Sheryl !!!!!!

I trained with Lars and Sheryl from Sporty Lifestyle Aruba for the past 1.5 years and I loved it. Lars and Sheryl taught me new exercises, new techniques and besides that they taught me to never give up and always stay motivated. Lars and Sheryl are always willing to help you to do the best you can. The circuit training was both fun and challenging. I always looked forward to the next training session. Lars and Sheryl were every training session full of energy and positive. I'm going to miss the training sessions a lot and I would recommend it to everyone! The

Sheryl is awesome. Her workouts are challenging, different and very tailor-made for me and my goals. While vacationing in Aruba, I had one hour personal sessions with her 6 times a week. We trained outside (a nice change form the snowy weather I was used to) and made use of the natural surroundings of Aruba. I will never forget our trek twice up and down the 600 steps of Hooiberg-Haystack Mountain. With all the naughty food I ate on vacation I came home feeling fitter than ever. Sheryl and Lars are extremely knowledgeable not only in strength and conditioning exercises, but nutrition as well. I was sad to leave them and even tried to get Sheryl to come home with me. After one week I leave feeling stronger and healthier than I have in a long time.

Lars & Sheryl hebben me professioneel en vanuit passie begeleid met personal training in de eerste periode na een lage rugblessure en instabiliteit/ slappe core. Ik ben zeer tevreden over deze persoonlijke aanpak. Bij mij ging het om opnieuw vertrouwen krijgen in mijn lichaam en toch de grens opzoeken om je lichaam sterker te maken. Maar daarnaast hebben ze me ook geleerd meer rust & herstel te gebruiken en dit te zien als deel van je training. Ik vind het jammer dat ik nu ik terug ben in Nederland niet meer gebruik kan maken van hun diensten. Ik vind ze een aanrader.
