Hola, my name is Sheryl, a born-n-raised Aruban with nothing more than passion for sports and nutrition. My love for triathlon and crossfit was one of the reasons to become a Holistic Life Coach; I wanted to perform pain free. As a Holistic Life Coach I guide people through a transformation where I develop a whole new relationship with food and exercise – a relationship where we learn to love our body and food in a way that replenishes our soul. It’s about A healthy Lifestyle, and a leader who can help you through all of the difficult tasks of getting in shape—so you have to think less and can do more. Oh, Yeah: It’s Awesome. One of my favorite quotes is “live with passion” because the moment is now, viva la vida.
Hi, my name is Lars, a born-raised Dutchman.
Since my youth I have always been active in sport and enjoy both the competitive nature and the social talk. I am a competitive person who likes to push myself to reach goals. All through my life I have competed in many sports, but my greatest passion when I was young was soccer. I played soccer at the highest level in the Netherlands.
The last few years I changed my focus to the Ironman competition, 3.8k swim / 180k bike / 42.2k run, which I love to do. The last 5 years I participated in two full Ironman races, Ironman Zurich and Ironman Copenhagen and one half Ironman in Miami. In 2016 and 2017 I participated in Challenge Aruba. In 2018 I was seeking for another challenge and I found XTRI, which is an Extreme Triathlon. I finished Alaskaman and Patagonman (Chile) in 2018 and in 2019 I raced Island Extreme (Iceland). Three amazing races and I felt great. This year (2019) I finally got into the lottery of the holy grail, Norseman. Next year I will race Norseman 2020 which will be the main event of 2020.
In 2000, at the age of 18 I joined the Royal Netherlands Marine Corps (R.N.L.M.C.). This has helped me continue my love of sports. In the Marine Corps you need to be very fit, and of course very disciplined. This has taught me a lot about how to become very determined and focused in my approach to sports.
